Pasta from TJ’s has prosciutto in it. Frozen basil pesto and nothing more. Side of Caesar salad, Marie’s dressing plus anchovies. Celery like romaine spines. Merlot from Konstantine Frank’s.
With capers, olives, tomatoes, Mediterranean etc. Sautéed in a pan (the fish takes a break during part of the sautéing.). Potatoes roasted. Brussel sprouts in a pan cut side down to brown, then steamed in chicken broth.
Always make an extra baked potato, it can be breakfast the next morning. Chopped up and fried with onions, pepper, jalapeño, garlic, etc. Seasoned with nutmeg, cloves, cayenne, and cardamom. Topped with an over easy egg. App legate farm chicken and apple sausage on the side.
